Kesar Pista Chocolate - केसर पिस्ता चॉकलेट | Homemade Rasmalai Recipe | हलवाई जैसी रसमलाई
I promise you this is one of the best combinations I ever created. White chocolate, saffron, coconut, cranberries and pista will create wonderful texture, fragrance and “just can’t stop at one” feel in your mouth. It’s a wonderful gifting idea too.
Ingredients :
125 gm white chocolate(melted)
A pinch of Kesar threads
1/2 cup desiccated coconut(siloni khopra)/biscuit powder
3-4 tbs chopped pistachios
3 pcs cardamom powder
1.5 tbs condensed milk
Some chopped dry cranberries/apricots
Edible gold paper(optional)

Method :
Take a mixing bowl, add 125 gm white chocolate(melted)
Add a pinch of Kesar threads in warm white chocolate and mix it well.
Take a silicon moulds and brush some chocolate in each cavity covering only the base and sides of it.
Keep it in the freezer for 5 mins to set.
Further to make filling take a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup desiccated coconut(siloni khopra)/biscuit powder.
Add 3-4 tbs chopped pistachios
Add 3 pcs cardamom powder
Add 1.5 tbs condensed milk(for binding and sweetness)
Add some chopped dry cranberries/apricots and mix it well.
Then take the mould out of the refrigerator and add pista-coconut stuffing in each chocolate cup.
Cover the stuffing with some remaining melted white chocolate.
Again keep it in the freezer for 10-15 mins to set the chocolate.
Further remove the cups from refrigerator and demould all the chocolates.
Put a drop of melted chocolate, a kesar thread, edible gold paper and finally a piece of pistachio on top of it (optional).
