Loved this episode because of all the breakfast food! I’ll have to try the matcha cake you make cause that’s looked good! And the 90 second bread in the microwave. Great video!

Breakfast food is our FAVORITE!!! I actually found some keto frozen breakfast foods I'll be incorporating in a future video - which also means pull out and go, instead of cooking!

They are SO DELICIOUS! Alsooo, melt the white chocolate chips in your coffee, and froth some cream with sugar free pumpkin spice syrup - BAM, way better than Starbucks!

I used to make it and sometimes would just toast it after cutting it in half and top with butter, it’s really versatile enough to make any kind of sandwich or burger out of too 🙂
