I have made the chaffel and used it as a bun for my hot dog. I have made frenchtoast chaffels and ate them as french toast. made it into a pizza and dipped in ranch. So many options!

Hi Victoria, I JUST 5 minutes ago made your most recent flour and I’m excited to use it! I believe I will start off with this, your chaffle recipe! I have such HIGH expectations with this flour, and now with this chaffle recipe! I’ve tried so many chaffle recipes and I have actually liked almost all of them-sweet, savory, fluffy, crispy, I really enjoy nearly all of them for one application or another! The super-crispies are terrific for chip-dipping, the fluffies are great for sammies, the sweeties are awesome for desserts, so yeah, love them all (and btw, I preheat the waffle maker and let mine cook until the light goes off)! But more than anything I appreciate your hard work at finding the perfect keto flour! No, more than anything I appreciate your love for Jesus, THEN your keto flour! Priorities! Thanks!!

When I spoon the chaffle into the Dash, I use the back of the spoon to spread it out before closing. This helps it to not push up when cooking. Mine usually takes about 3 minutes.

I prefer to eat mine like a regular waffle with butter and syrup. Your batter is thick so I am sure you can flatten it down or spread it out before closing it. I cook mine until it stops steaming. Thank you for all your hard work!

I made your flour and will try today to make chaffles with it! One thing I do is make "crinkle cut fries." I use the OOO flavors brand potato flavor and add to the mix. I make a batch, cut them up, flash freeze them, then put in a vacuum sealer bag. When I want some "fries" I just air fry some for a min and they're awesome!

It's called mash potato. It's an extract from OOO flavors that gives a nice potato taste without the actual potato!

With the mini waffle makers, the key to timing & when you know it's done, is when it stops steaming. Also, the lid raises up because the waffle is rising~ like it's supposed to=) It's not a bad thing, I promise🤣 We love making them, possibilities & ingredients are endless; cinnamon roll chaffle, oreo chaffle, maple pecan, pizza or philly cheesesteak, ham & swiss, etc. We love them!

Love your flours! So I use plain Greek yogurt mixed with your flour and oh my goodness, a Chaffle game changer for me. I figure with egg white protein I don’t need more eggs… and if I want it crispy I just add a little cheese to the Dash before adding the batter and then a little on top.. Your flour is amazing! Thank you!

@@TheLittleHomestead1 I used equal parts yogurt and the flour (adding baking powder) and made a dough. For it to be super crispy I added some cheese to the Dash fist , then the batter and then a little more cheese.. yum!

I have them as waffles. Add cinnamon and a little monkfruit. Add berries after cooked. Make a batch every other week. Usually 12-15 in a batch.

When i was i kid we would use the regular waffel to make icecream sandwiches! I would imagine you could do the same thing with these and your icecream recipe!

I bought a Dash griddle which makes great buns or breakfast sandwiches. These are great for breakfast with mashed avocado sprinkled with Everything Bagel seasoning! Super satiating!

Made these this morning. This is my new FAVORITE chaffle! It hits all the good points for me. Crispy crunchy on the outside, yet semi-soft and bread-like inside. This will make a great sandwich. I just ate them plain this morning and they were really good just by themselves. Great job, Victoria!

I make them for my Lunches on the truck, we make them sweet and savory and I eat them plain on the go. I like adding in Bacon, sausage or ham and some diced pickled jalapenos for a great breakfast on the move. Also like added in cocoa and peanut butter powder with some sweetener for a sweet treat.

I make chaffles often for sandwich buns and waffles. I have both the waffle and griddle versions of the Dash Mini. Cook until it stops steaming.

I love chaffels and i use them for sandwiches all the time. I also pretend like they’re bagels, with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. My favorite is pizza - put a little sauce on the chaffel, pepperoni and cheese, then put in the air fryer for a couple of minutes. Yum! And I’ve made a couple of the dessert chaffels - the chocolate chaffel with peanut butter is SO good! My husband likes to grab one or two chaffels on his way out the door every morning, so I make about 10 at a time and put two per baggie in the fridge.

Mostly use them as bread. But Have made a tuna one, Buffalo chicken and one with grated zucchini in it and more. Taking several in cooler on vacation to help stay on track when grabbing a hamburger or pork tenderloin on the way.

I put way less batter into my chaffle maker, divide your recipe into 3-4 portions, the maker doesn’t open and when the steaming slows it’s done!

I've been so thankful for your flour to try in recipes. I'm trying to settle in with low carb eating, not keto, as I feel I need to get more protein because I'm in my eighties and want to put on a few more pounds. Recipes like yours and others have been such a blessing to me to keep the carbs down as my glucose was a little high last blood work. I finally made the famous chaffles today and need to look no further. I did it your way (with a half tsp baking powder) and I absolutely LOVED them. I made with mozzarella and will try with cheddar next. They were so puffy and delicious, first try on my new little Dash waffle maker! Thank you ever so much.

I already use your pancake and waffle recipe and just sprinkled cheese on mini dash pour batter then another sprinkle of cheese They come out crispy but I’ve been finding the inside doesn’t fully cook. I’m excited to try this recipe instead. My dash would open too I would just balance something heavy enough to keep it closed. Thank you Victoria ❤️

Other creators say that by cooling them on a rack that it helps to crisp them up. It is great to make a batch and refrigerate or freeze. Reheat in the toaster or air fryer.

I just made your Chaffles following this recipe and it was really kinda perfect! I used a 3T scoop, placing the batter (? Is it even a better😊) in center of mini waffle maker. I let it cook until it self-released, which was about 7 minutes for me. Slathered with some Amish butter and ate with beef patties and grilled onions. Thank you for another amazing keto recipe. I’ve made quite a few now!

I make chafes weekly for hamburgers, for breakfast with eggs, etc. On Sunday I usually make six with two different recipes for dinners and lunch all week - half a chafe per meal. If I'm eating a salad for lunch, I'll eat half of one with it or tear it up for croutons. Yesterday I made a 3 layers Oreo Chocolate Chaffle Cake with cream cheese sweet frosting for my wife's birthday cake.

Just started keto due to health issues and have tried a few different chaffle recipes and this one for me has been the best by far. Made them last night to put a hamburger on and worked wonderfully. Made them tonight using a Mexican cheese blend and ate them with a little syrup on them with some chicken roasted pepper and Asagio cheese sausage. Thanks for all your hard work on the different recipes. Going to try the 2 minute chocolate mug cake tonight, we will see how that goes. Keep up the great work.

So far I make chaffle pizzas. Egg, cheese and pepperoni with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and bbq sauce mixed into the batter. Pour batter in mini waffle maker and lay the pepperoni on top! Now I can have pizza but Keto!!

This issue is why I use a full size waffle maker when I make them. I have also fried them like a pancake to use a s bun for a sandwich. That way I can control the texture.

I make 4 batches at a time and store them in fridge. I use them for bread. I retoadt them and cut for dips and soups. My medical-keto grandson uses a higher fat ratio chaffle for PB and butter sandwiches and he loves them.

I use them for open-faced sandwiches, a snack, a base for stuffing, sweetened and made like a mini cake. I add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and seasonings to the egg and cheese.

I make chaffles daily. I use them for breakfast almost daily with cream cheese and lox with onion and tomatoes, like a traditional lox and bagel. I occasionally make peanut butter or chocolate chaffles or cheddar cheese and onion chaffles to eat with crab.

Usually bake Chaffles about 4 minutes or until the steam stops. I like them for breakfast with egg salad or an over easy egg on top. Good with tomato soup. I use a large cookie scoop. Seems to work well.

I've been making these with your flour for some time now! Like you, I didn't really go crazy for the pre-Victoria chaffles. They were okay for dipping but I didn't enjoy a breakfast sandwich with them - they were just too crunchy & crisp for me! But now- omigoodness! I love your chaffles spread with peanut or almond butter and topped with blueberries or some of my homeade keto jam, which I eat open-faced. Sometimes I add 3 1/2 T. of Lakanto maple syrup and cook them a little less - resulting in a softer chaffle more like a pancake. They are very similar to a McDonald's McGriddle and I add a patty of sausage and an egg fried over medium (so the yolk is jammy and not running all over your fingers.) It is so delicious and such a filling breakfast sandwich and better than any sausage and egg McGriddle from you know where! Sometimes I just use a sausage patty with no egg. These chaffles are such a treat - oh and btw, when I add the (runny) Lakanto maple syrup this mixture makes four full sized fluffy chaffles!! ❤

I started out using Carbquick flour first to make chaffles. Not using cheese. It was ok but not great. I would watch for steam to stop coming from the waffle maker that told me it was done. About 5 mins. I'll try your recipe next. LOVE

This made a nice bread! I spread peanut butter on it and it was good. (I used mozzarella) Then I thought, I bet this would make a good hamburger bun, and it did! I did the same recipe, except I used 1 egg white, 1/8 tsp baking powder, and mozzarella. I used my dash griddle and added sesame seeds on one for the top. Sooo good!

I make a batch of chaffles every week and have them as toast. Since I don’t like crispy chaffles, I do my take on the Wonder bread chaffle using almond flour and protein powder. I’ve been thinking of trying your flour to make them, minus the cheese. Thanks!

I used the newly perfected flour mix and these chaffless turned out AMAZING. They taste like my regular sourdough bread with cheese toasts (of course in the past, before low carb). Made four at once in the four mini waffle maker... YUM!

I use chaffles for breakfast sandwiches and cheese burgers. I bake them until the steaming stops, 2 - 4 minutes, depending the ingredients. Dessert Chaffles take longer due to the cream cheese.

I cook ALL chauffles UNTIL i SEE NO STEAM! Also helps to put dish towel underneath 2 stop from sliding. I use as bread & pizza crust 😋. Got rid of the mini waffler & use larger w temp control & set to medium 4 most👍👍👍

Love using your flour! I use it to make a chicken croquet Chaffle! Chop up cooked chicken (flavor it with Tuscan), and throw in a veg if you want. Sometimes I throw some bacon in there! Dip in sauce and YUMMMMM. It stretches out the cheese mix to make 3 or 4 chaffles. I let it open and puff up a bit, and flip it for an extra min or two. And your choc chip cookies with your flour are awesome!!

Cook until the chaffel comes off without sticking. Maybe it's opening because you put in a little too much batter in your waffle maker.

I have my own chaffle recipe that is really crunchy with great flaxseed! I only use egg whites in mine. I also cook mine until the steam stops and the light turns off. I will also give yours a try as I am always open to new recipes! Thanks!

I made some, using just one tablespoon of your flour mix, spread over four chaffles and they seemed to taste less "eggy" than your standard chaffle. I eat them with butter and sugar free maple syrup.

I don't have a Dash I have a Nostallia. I let mine go until the steaming stopped. I did spread it out but it did still rise. These are great. I am going to use mine to make a hamburger. They are on the cooling rack so they will get crispy. Thank you.

When using my mini dash… after it quits steaming, the light will go off …chaffle is done.

Hey Victoria. I haven’t commented as much lately about specific recipes. I'd kinda backed off. Things weren't as good to me as I'd hoped (that's not a slight. I know you work your butt off and lotsa folks love your recipes. Anyway, I'm home alone tonight and craving pizza. Decided to try your chaffle recipe for the first time. I have one that's my goto but since it was just me, why not. At first it seemed so THICK and I kept rereading to make sure I hadnt missed anything. I hadn't. So finally I just pressed it out as best I could and closed it up. Cooking, it smelled delicious! But I've thought that before with keto and couldn't eat the finished products lol. I buttered the top a little (it stuck at the top and looked weird so i was trying to smooth it back down lol. I put more cheese on top and tiny pepperonis and then broiled it in the oven a few minutes. I dipped it in my Marinara sauce.... 🎉🎉🎉 what absolute JOY to discover that it reminded me of my beloved pizza hut pan pizza that I haven’t had in over ten years! (Stupid gluten!) Ima switch some things up next time. But there will be a next time. And soon. It was so good. Definitely my fave of your recipes. Thanks again, Victoria. You're pretty incredible. 😍

If you use the Dash mini griddle for the chaffle batter it makes a great hamburger bun.
