I made this last week. It was delicious! I didn’t use cayenne however I had some Habanero salt and I used that. It was amazing! The caramelized oyster mushrooms were a nice touch!

I followed the recipe as is, but added 1 tsp of thyme at the same time as the other spices and this was amazing! Definitely going to keep this in my recipe rotation. For my OMAD & Keto diet, this made 2 LARGE servings. Love your channel, keep the recipes coming.

@@HeadbangersKitchen Please, please do a cookbook. There are so many people I know that do not understand the concept of You Tube Cooking Channels. They do not use their computers/cell phones to gather information. BUT they do read books and still get info through traditional means. I would but many cookbooks to give as gifts and keep one for myself.

I was feeling kinda wore out the other day so I made mushroom and avocado soup. I used some bacon fat to saute and boxed OG mushroom stock. So yummy and made me feel better.
