Regarding the fine print. Allulose is "made" from non GMO "corn". It is NOT make with figs, kiwi, etc. It only states that allulose is "found" They are tricky in their description.

Thank you very much for keto creamer! Keto is changing my life. Before going Keto I fought being morbidly obese my entire adult life. I have had severe GI issues for the past 10 years, had no energy and had developed wheezing often. Since starting Keto I have been losing weight like crazy, no more Gi issues and no wheezing at all. I have been able to stop many meds and feel like a new person. I have found lots of great recipes for things that are low carb and don’t feel I’m missing anything. Oh, yeah, on top of these positive things, I no longer have cravings for anything. I eat when I’m hungry. Prior to stopping eating wheat I was always hungry. I no longer knew what hunger felt like because I was always hungry. Even if I ate I still felt hungry. I believe wheat was the cause of this because I had experimented with stopping wheat and found that all cravings disappeared. Sorry for my book here. But Keto is a life saver for me.

Erythritol is good for your teeth (good) but was studied for use as a laxative. It draws water into the large intestine. I can testify that it is, er, highly effective. 😳 As long as you don't overdo it, no problem. For me, the limit is around a Tbsp.

Allulose can upset the digestive system too. For me, just one tsp of it can ruin my day with diarrhea and cramping. I suggest to try the allulose first in your coffee before doing a batch of it with the Heavy Cream powder. The powder is pricey and you would not want to ruin it with the allulose if it doesn’t agree with you. Thank you Mary for all your videos!

Thank you so much! I’m not on Keto anymore, but I do try to cut carbs where I can. I use Equal to sweeten my coffee because it doesn’t give me headaches or after taste like Stevia or Swerve (erythritol) did. I think I might try the heavy creamer with some cinnamon and add my single packet of Equal later to the cup. Thanks again Mary.

Am definitely going to try this. Thanks. I love all your pantry clogs but I live in-line in a studio apartment and have very limited space. I like to make everything from scratch and do can especially diced tomatoes and salsa, pickled beets. I have made my first attempt at 1 jar sauerkraut and love it. I added ginger and garlic and a little grated carrot. Turned out great. Any tips you can give to small quantity fermenting and pantry stocking necessities I would greatly appreciate. I look forward to trying your elderberry syrup as well. I prefer natural remedies!!! I am from Calgary Canada and our growing season is short. I do plant some things in the raised bed in the apt courtyard. Sorry this is so long!!

I just made my creamer, nonfat Dry milk and ground my cane white sugar in the coffee grinder I added a bit of ground ginger. Made fresh DE CAF and added my new shelf life creamer. This receipe will get me off half and half, which I'd rather not be using daily. Non fat dry milk will save me calories and I don't use much cane sugar anyway. I never use coffee creamers but this recipe is perfect and shelf stable and great for my emergency pantry. I'm thrilled, I won't have to buy whipping cream keto or half n half. Will save me money also. I had to cook my whey again since the first batch for farmers cheese didn't give me many curds. Second cooking I got another cup of cheese. I'm left with three and a half quarts of whey, which I will use. Blessings ☺️

HI MARY! :) We love that your dishes consistently match your shirt!s Also, they make powered MTC oil as well, which would add some healthy brain fats to the creamer, while still being in a powered form. (Great for people who like "bullet-proof" coffee, but don't like the oily texture it can add to the coffee) A note about Xylitol - it is toxic to dogs, so if you use it, just be very careful to clean up well and out of reach of dogs in particular. Is it possible to make cheese curds without rennet? Keep being the 'Bob Ross' of the Kitchen! :D

Love your vids!! ❤ Allulose can cause similar blood sugar spikes like sugar. Testing yourself is the only way to know. Other sugar subs can issues as well. With the keto craze and sugar loving folks (like me 😉), we can't assume sugar subs won't affect blood sugar levels and/or insulin levels.

My husband and I have been on Keto for almost 2 years now. I cook with erythritol and we are both ok with that. However, in coffee I prefer erythritol and he prefers stevia... he finds that there is an aftertaste in erythritol and I can’t taste it at all, but I really dislike the aftertaste of stevia in everything and he can’t taste any aftertaste, weird really... to each our own tastes I guess... as for monk fruit sugar we both like it but in northern Canada it is very very expensive and hard to find. As for xilitol it raises my husband’s blood sugar so we can’t use that. I have never found allulose here and it is quite pricey in Amazon Canada... I will keep looking for it though, you never know when the price will drop. Thank you for every video you make, everything is always so well explained and you taught me so much... love always ...

Mejiaandluna : my husband thinks like you, he prefers stevia, however in backing or when it is cooked he got use to it, but in his coffee he dislikes it. It is weird how we all have different taste buds. The only thing with Erythritol for me is the slight cooling after effects that it has that I don’t especially like but it beats having all the carbs ... we are both out of all our medications and we are not going back...the Lord is good and He provided us with this diet out of nowhere, without Him we would still be sick. I would still be bed ridden, my husband would be diabetic and would have hypertension... which we have both overcome and it was not just the Keto diet, it was more so the Lord Jesus my King. With Him nothing is impossible and all is possible! Maranatha!

Here in the UK Allulose is almost impossible to get - has to be online and then it’s hit and miss. USA is far ahead of us with making these kind of things easily available.

Thanks for thinking about the people on Keto/low carb. Just one thing about xylitol sweetener it's very dangerous for pets and can cause stomach problem if taking too much.

Hi, Mary! Is there a process for making powdered creamer with 18% table cream without sugar? I ask because I have guests to don't take sugar in their coffee. Also, can I dehydrate 18% table cream to make my own powder? As a newcomer to preparing tradtional and nutrient dense foods as well as prepping, I thoroughly enjoy your videos and highly respect your advice about do's and dont's. Thank you!

The Allulose sounds too good to be true but it's a new one so, thank you for this. Do you have a source for dehydrated vegetables? not a salt, just dehydrated veggies?

☕️I also the Lakota Monkfruit in various forms. Their website is super detailed. I get mine at Costco for a very reasonable price and it’s fine enough for cakes and pastries Also use Swerve which has 3 consistently including brown sugar. Taste is indiscernible for our carb loving relatives.

Mary, would a powdered coconut powder be able to be a substitute for the heavy cream? My hubby and I cannot have dairy. If I subbed the coconut cream...would it be shelf stable?

It should. Mary talks about coconut milk powder in the other coffee creamer video. Coconut milk powder is Keto friendly so it should work.

Mary, not to change the topic here, but I’ve tried baking bone marrow in the past with mixed results. Why is it that marrow can be (or become) “gritty”? Is it in the cooking process or is it due to the age of the bones? I’ve done both deer and bear bones. Sometimes I get the intended creamy product - other times I get grit. Any ideas? And thanks in advance.

This is great, thank you. I'd love any recipe specifically for grain free, gluten free shelf stable items. Do you have any meals in which we can prepare a full meal, for example a beef stew, and can or dehydrate it for a prepared meal? For example, if in a situation where there's no power? So, something that we could eat cold or quickly simply warmed up? I am very strict with my diet after covid as all of the grains and gluten, egg whites and pork are all no longer tolerated by my digestive system. I have been practising and learning. I'd love to see some meals we may be able to make and even if you include ingredients I can't eat, I can usually research to find suitable alternatives. For example, anything with pasta, noodles, lasagna sheets or rice, I've found and learnt how to properly prepare meals with Konjac root vegetable fiber. There are more options available in the US, but I have found this pasta at certain grocery stores, online, and in health food stores. Initially I struggled due to the smell of the brine the vegetable is packed in, but now after a lot of practice, I know how to do them. Also, any recipe you have requiring flour type products, while some people on keto are fine with almond and coconut flour, many are also moving more towards Ketovore (between the Keto and Carnivore diet). So, I love knowing if I can put an alternative such as a Protein powder, or Collagen powder in place. Some people bake muffins for example, using these instead of flour for example. Also, do you have any thoughts about making a shelf stable beef bone broth and similar? Preparing sauces to add to dishes, similar to the easily store bought high sugar ketchup, bbq sauce, mayo, pasta sauces like Bolognese, Mac n cheese etc? I'd love to know how to make a Ketovore option perhaps using only flavourless protein powder to thicken it (I've not tried that yet). Eggs are getting very expensive in my area right now so I am looking for sales and wondering about making dried egg yolks and dried egg whites. I'm trying to learn more about nutrition and the primary cause of people who are not recovering well after illness or are not living actively as they age appears to be the quality and quantity of protein is insufficient. So I'm keepthis in mind and I can always add other things to make a dish a proper looking meal with home baked goods, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, mushrooms or the Konjac options, if I can get the actual protein part right.

I love to use real half and half, or if not available, whole or 2% milk, in my tea. So which is best for me to use to make shelf stable creamer to keep on my car.

@@MarysNest I'm a keto drop out too! I couldn't handle it. I've had to go gluten free and that's bad enough. So far the jury is out on this batch. I'm not getting much flavor at all really. I tried the LorAnn mint chocolate oil and this time I tried adding vanilla and chocolate extract and more sugar. I think Im going to have to order some vanilla beans next week and do the vanilla sugar. Part of me is also wondering how much sugar is in the coffee creamer we have been drinking for years! A LOT.

Hi Debbie, Interesting idea. I’m not sure. But powdered coconut milk is available which I think might work better. Look for it at your grocery store in the baking aisle near the powdered milk. That is where it is sold at my grocery store. Love, Mary ❤️🤗❤️
