I love this recipe, and I'm going to make it, except I'll use a pastry bag, and a tip to pipe the cream in from the bottom.

Thank you for posting a recipe for a small quantity. When I see cookie recipes for like 9 cookies at 1 net carb each, I always just assume I'm going to be all-in for about half my carb allowance! It's nice to have a small quantity recipe.

Goodness such delicious desserts .. TIP - use a small snack size ziploc type bag for the icing swirl just snip off a corner of the bag after you fill it . You don’t waste a whole piping bag ..

I used to like Twinkies before they reformulated them. Now they don’t taste the same. Mrs. Freshly’s version is the closest thing to the old version, but I haven’t been able to find them for a while. So, with that being said, I don’t “crave” Twinkies anymore. I’ll try these versions as soon as I get my hands on the SF marshmallows.

I made both kinds before. You need actual banana flavoring for the Twinkies... The hardest part for me is making the filling and using the icing bag to fill the Twinkies.

You could use a piping bag like they do for eclairs maybe.

This looks so fun! I grew up in India and live in the UK now so I've never eaten these. Still, growing up, I read heaps of Archie comics and most of the comic books had ads for Hostess Cupcakes and Twinkies in the middle, and I desperately wanted to know what these were like! 😂 This was wayyy before the internet and online shopping so there was no chance whatsoever of me getting hold of these. Still, a girl can dream, and just to see what this could've been like, I might try making these, although we don't get sugar free marshmallows here, so I might skip that bit 😋

You don't need to buy a can of expensive whipped cream. Just put the 35% heavy cream in a blender at high speed. A lot cheaper.
