I really like this brand. Found it at my GROCER (😂) and bought a bag of the chicken tenders and got my hubby 2 different individual burritos. He really liked them and the total net carb for both was like 6 grams. We both like the less breading on the chicken tenders!

We live in a rural area and we only have the Realgood stuffed chicken breasts, nuggets and strips available. We really enjoy the stuffed chicken. I wish we had access to the other options. They sound amazing!!

We found a large package of RealGood brand jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon at BJ’s a few months ago. They were frozen, uncooked, and delicious once cooked in the oven. Totally hit the spot for a snacky/ nutritious entree. Thanks, girls!

When I first started out doing low carb I made a lasagna using deli chicken slices to replace the noodles. I love it! So simple to throw together and quite good! Now a days I even add baby spinach.

Our local Aldi had the Stuffed Chicken Cordon Bleu, and PepperJack Parmesan, both wrapped in bacon - each box had 2 portions and they are excellent. They aren't a meal unless you are doing keto without many grams of carbs, each portion was about 36 g of protein.

Try Kevin's! They are not frozen, they are fresh!

I have learned with this brand if there's baking instructions, bake it. It won't taste very good microwaved if they recommend the oven.

Yes, I would like to know more about halo top. I did a Quick Look at the back for some quick numbers, and the carbs seemed kind of high for me. But would love u girls’imput! I am still new to keto and low carb. I am down 19 pounds in 6 weeks. Still need to go another 10 or 15. But I am so very glad for all the “keto family” out there helping us trying to do this, I can’t thank u all enough for all the great recipes and experiments you all have tried out for us. The only one that I have tried is the last Chicken Enchilada with the green jalapeño sauce. I was not a fan and stayed away from all of them because it didn't have a lot of flavor and seemed watery. Now that I have watched your review, I''m going to try the others. I think they would be a good option for lunch to share with my husband. Seems like SO much food for one person!

When this brand came out, everything I tried has very little food in a lot of sauce, and were not very good. I have not purchased them in a long time, as I did not expect them to improve. These look really good! Thanks for the review.

Great video! I love the RealGood brand. My favorites are the Lasagna Bowl and Cheese Enchiladas, both made with the chicken/parmesan combo. They used to make a Supreme Pizza with a chicken/parm crust but they stopped making it some time ago. I actually wrote to ask them if they would bring it back and they said that they didn't have plans to do so - darn it!

As usual, you guys are a chuckle a minute ! Interesting to see adaptations of dishes - would have to opt for rhe meat/ cheese 'tortilla' because flour tortilla just doesn't = w enchilada. I digress but flour tortilla generously stuffed w whatever, baked/ fried topped w salsa at table sounds better. Can make ahead/ freeze to nuke. How about CORN tortilla hack ? I used to eat Real Good Foods keto pizzas made with the chicken crusts. They weren't the best thing in the world, but they were better than the competition back then. They phased out both those pizzas and their cauliflower crust pizzas. I can't find them anymore.

Went and got the lasagna bowl and orange chicken right away. Yum!!!

We have gotten the last one you tried in bulk package at Costco and they are nice for that quick, I don't want to put anything together meal. I have not seen any of the others....but yeah, I would try them. Real Good Co has the bomb bacon wrapped cheese stuffed jalapeño poppers! Also find occasionally at our Costco. When they are in stock I get a few packages. just in case. :D

Dinners are usually "out of stock" in my local grocery store. But chicken nuggets and sticks, fish sticks are in stock. WM similar, most out of stock, but more choices.

Be careful not to fall into the serving size trap. If each bowl is one serving you are good to go but allot of things have 2-3 servings in a meal item and you basically have to double or triple everything.
