KETTLEBELL WORKOUT // 15 minutes, full body
Build muscle, strength endurance and your cardiovasvular fitness with this 15 minute kettlebell workout! Follow along as I guide you through the whole workout and show you safe and proper form. Let's go!!

You will need: 1x kettlebell // (I am using) 20kg kettlebell

- ALTERNATE BENT-OVER ROW
- GOBLET CURL
- OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION
- GOBLET SQUAT
- SINGLE LEG ROMANIAN DEADLIFT R
- SINGLE LEG ROMANIAN DEADLIFT L
