Those of us who attended The Little House on the Prairie 50th Anniversary Cast Reunion and Festival in Simi Valley, CA were blessed with quite a treat. Ketty Lester, at 89 years young and as sweet and beautiful as ever, graced us with a song during church service on Sunday, March 24, 2024 and brought even the gentlest giant of men to tears.

All I have known to date is Love Letters by Ketty. Now I see and hear the same wonderful person of age still singing. Reminds me of how much I have missed. Thank you Ketty for all you are.

Thank you soooo much for posting this. How appropriate to sing hymns. They were so uplifting on the show. What a treat for them to see her and have her pray over them.

What a blessing to still have this lady with us and at this anniversary cast reunion. I'm a little jealous of all the people were able to attend this festival and connect with the people who brought us such a good family show. God bless you, Miss Ketty

She still has that beautiful voice..I sense the bit of sassiness we saw on TV is still there as well. A classy gal then and now and i wish her many more years of good health and devotion to our Lord.

This... my eyes won't be dry for awhile and my heart is filled with praise and thankfulness for this beautiful sister in Christ, Ketty Lester. 🙏 When I watched Little House on the Prairie as a child, Hester Sue was so special to my heart and I couldn't describe why then but I know now. This woman's heart embodied the message that Michael Landon hoped that the viewers would take with them: Faith, love, family. Ties to each other despite and because of the differences in our fellow brothers and sisters. Thank you so much for the gift of this footage ❤
