KEVIN BELTON'S NEW ORLEANS CELEBRATIONS is a smorgasbord of delicious creations inspired by the vibrant festivals of New Orleans and the surrounding region. The 26-part cooking series is distributed to public television stations nationwide by American Public Television and with support from Louisiana Economic Development. Contact your local PBS station for air dates and times. The series is produced by PBS member station WYES-TV in New Orleans. National Funding by L.E. Phillips Family Foundation and New Orleans Tourism Marketing Corporation.

I'm confused! This is a cooking show - great showing us how to make this, but there is no recipe (or link) so how am I supposed to make this (or is the point of the show to "entice" you to purchase his cookbook)? He does state the amounts for the onions, green pepper, & green chilis at the beginning

we really dont kbow how his food taste he does not eat or taste his finished product. I am from new orleans and he does not cook delucious creole food like dooky chase they cook aurhentic creole food and since he is black thought he would cook more creole but he cooks more cajun (white) he is very disappointing to me (notice I said to me) the best cook on tv is Delicious Ms Brown

I love Kevin Belton... but when I see his out takes... I'm really embarrassed for him... he seems like he needs a lot of attention... feels contrived for an audience.

it's like he is acting like an ?????. One more mention/ why don't you taste your food( if that is what it is) when you cook. You don't understand what " presentation" means. YOUR getting people to not want to watch you. Be a sensible person.
