I think in interviews like this, Vlad gets excited with the information that's given and starts to step on his guest answers. Whenever the govt possible strong hold (evidence) against a defendant is weaken or threatened in winning a trial conviction, the eyes and ears they have on their books on the streets has to prove their value by assisting the govt in doing their dirty work, such as the case with Azie disseminating KC’s paper work to Alpo. Without a doubt Azie is a low key federal Cooperator. And from a federal legal stand point whenever the govt disclose discovery and someone’s name is documented and mentioned he’s working the streets and has federal contacts with agents, this is called and un-indicted co conspirator,. As documented in this case Azie factually is painted to be the guy with high levels of street credit, reliable, willing and ready to assist the govt. bidding to take down KC. Cooperation was established when he passed on information concerning KC to PO. That’s what govt street agents do, it’s called relevant conduct in the United States Penitentiary. This is why it’s important to exercise your federal trial rights. All relative cooperation by individuals known and unknown to a defendant will surface and that’s a fact. The prosecutor intention is to put you on notice who’s willingly on deck, ready to serve on the government’s behalf against the defendant.

Just because something is in discovery doesn't mean the jury hears about it. They hear what the prosecutor brings up. If you bring it up, they hear about it for the first time. You're shooting yourself in the foot.

The Sixth Amendment provides that a person accused of a crime has the right to confront a witness against him or her in a criminal action. ...
