This is a trade for 3 years ago. We got bam and good young players. Call me crazy but is time to get good young players. And a real center so bam can move to the 4. Might as well trade Jimmy now and get a couple good young players and some draft picks. Maybe even trade Tyler for a good player and a role player. We gotta look to the future build around bam and keep rozier.

I agree. Or another angle would be to trade jimmy for an upgrade. I think we have a good supporting cast but if we have more firepower and availability from our main guy we could be significantly better i.e what if Jimmy is our Demar and not our Kawhi and we need to go get our kawhi. The raptors had a really good supporting cast but their best player just needed an upgrade on and they went on to win it all. Just a thought

We got two year tops left with Jimmy as the star and he spend too much time injured if we don’t win we are done. Might as well get two good young players now and develop them into stars. I didn’t say one I said two and some first round picks. It’s now or never to get that for Jimmy.

Phoenix is a 2nd apron team so the only Heat player that Phoenix could trade Kevin Durant for is Jimmy Butler due to the new collective bargaining agreement that places big restrictions on teams past the 2nd apron.

@@heatreport That's the restriction for first apron teams like the Heat, but for second apron teams like the Suns, it's more restrictive. The Suns can't aggregate contracts in a trade.
