Yes, well, he abandoned his children for a year. Why didn't he go to court and demand visitation rights? We don't need CPS to have more power than they already have just because he didn't step up. He had not seen any of his children for a year. What about the teens who must have spent a lot of time at their own home alone while Ruby was torturing the two youngest children at Jodi's house? Why didn't Kevin insist on seeing the children? Why didn't Kevin make sure they were OK? Kevin, you dropped the ball more than CPS did.

He didn't abandon them this narrative is so tired and stupid Jodi manipulated Ruby and him so he had no choice but to leave the home

@@khaIid624 Many hours of 8 Passengers video says Ruby was already abusive (and has her own unresolved trauma) before Jodi. Kevin went along with whatever Ruby wanted.

He himself emotionally abused his own kids on video. He should go to prison as well.

I think each state needs to set up a family visit monthly where they can randomly show up at homeschooling homes...not to slam on a few dirty dishes but a deep dive
