ATL Takeover.
KG was the star of stars in the 2002-2003 NBA All-Star Game, held at the Philips Arena in Atlanta and played on February 9th, 2003.
He poured in a game-high 37 points (17-24 shooting) and had 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 block, and 5 steals in a memorable double-overtime victory for the West.
They kept going to him down the stretch in the second overtime, as he abused Vince Carter in the post time and time again.
This was also Michael Jordan's final All-Star Game.

When KG was in his prime no one could stop that turnaround J. He could have dropped 35-40 a night but knew that spreading the ball around would make him a better player. He was one of the best, if not the best, mid-long range shooting big men in the game. That was a ridiculous trophy. It's got to be around four feet tall.

this should have more views. its been awhile since iv seen garnett take control of a game offensively like that. i guess thats more pierce's role. it was cool seeing him in the background of the video.

This is the game that I really started to like Garnett. The East squad was trying their hardest to feed the ball to Jordan so he could be the MVP. I watched the game for Jordan. But KG's a beast! lol. His inside game, agility, jumpshots. First time I wasn't mad the West won...lol

The trophy was prepared for Jordan, wasn't it? They all thought that MJ would play superbly and win his last All Stars. I miss 2003 a lot.
