Darren Mcclean you clearly don’t understand my point. Which is fair because it seems you’re not trying to. The academy is filled up literally with old white men so the movies are catered for them. Now things are starting to change. However it’s harder for a black person to make it in Hollywood than a white person because many of the roles go to white people. Now I don’t really like BET as I feel it portrays black people in the stereotypical way. But you have to at least acknowledge it’s needed to display black talent.
