In recognition of his work to bring Indigenous stories and songs to audiences in Indigenous communities and to stages across the country Kevin Loring is a 2023 Library and Archives Canada Scholar. The LAC Scholar Awards were created to recognize remarkable Canadians who have made an outstanding contribution to the creation and promotion of our country’s culture, literary heritage and historical knowledge.
