MMAWeekly.com executive editor Scott Petersen interviewed Kevin "The Monster" Randleman at the World MMA Awards in Las Vegas on Friday, Feb. 5. At the time, nobody knew that it would be the last time that we'd get to hear from Kevin.
He passed away the following week, on Feb. 11, at just 44 years of age, following complications from pneumonia.
In the interview, Kevin touched on all the hot topics of the day, including Conor McGregor, Holly Holm, Super Bowl 50, his pick for the next President of the Untied States, and more.
But most poignantly, Kevin, who was joined by his wife, Elizabeth, spoke about his family, his children, and an upcoming book about his life, Making of the Monster.
MMAWeekly.com gives you our final interview with Kevin "The Monster" Randleman uncut, unedited, and unfiltered.
Rest in Peace, Kevin.

Brandon Bassani Lance Armstrong won the Tour the France multiple times, and he was juiced up the ass. You're talking size. You don't necessarily have to have a big body when you use steroids, unless you lift weights. so get your shit straight.
@MsMarios88
@MsMarios88 8 жыл бұрын
+Brandon Bassani You are not serious. Using all kinds of substances for so many years and because now he doesnt use that mean that he is healthy? Maybe you didnt search a lot about steroids etc..its like saying that someone who is drinking for 20 years like an alcoholic and smokes for 20 years 2 or 3 pockets a day and when he turns 40 or 50 stops them he will be healthy. No, abuse of steroids, peptides and everything that he has taken throughout his career has some long term side effects that they were exposed as he died. So people you have to stop saying ''do steroids cause heart problems?because science didnt prove sth like that, or i doubt that steroids kill you from heart failure''. Its like saying that when drinking like an idiot day and night and after years you have problems in your liver and you die from liver failure that you didnt die because of the alcohol but because of liver failure lol. Yeah smartasses someone died from liver failure but what has caused that? So its the same with steroids, diuretics, stimulants etc.. yes the autopsy will not say that the steroid or the stimulant kill you obviously heart failure killed you that was caused by these substances. And i think the most dangerous substances for the heart are the stimulants they take to attain that weight loss like ephedrine, dnp, clen etc..than hormones. You are a fool if you think that taking steroids for sth 20 years will just save you if you stop them for the rest of your life BUM. Steroids are not some caramels to putin your mouth idiot, they will keep doing damage to your health for how long you take them and for the dosages you take and this damage will not just go away when you stop them, so shut the fuck up medical student because you obviously dont know anything.

Jared johnson I never heard the exact proof of steroids causing this, even though alot of bodybuilders and steroid users suffer from heart failure. I never found proof backing this, some people said it wasnt the case some said it was. There also seems to be this effect of steroids compromising the immune system.
