Steve is our generations Mr. Rodgers

I would've given Steve a big hug and cried too while thanking him for part my early childhood. I had so many of the VHS tapes and I saw the live show as a kid.

Notice the crowd’s reaction to hearing that it was Steve from BC? Yeah. Absolutely no one is judging Kev for crying because we can all relate.

OMG, don't feel bad at all, I legit think that everyone who met Steve at Comic Con last weekend cried at one point or another. The videos he put out during the pandemic and the silly videos that he put out prior to and during Lexington Comic Con, were amazing and so emotionally heartfelt.

I'm loving this! Seeing Steve & Joe return recently with these videos of him speaking to the camera, to us the people who were children during his time with Blue. It's so wonderful.

This year I drove from basically RI to NYC to give Steve a painting I made of his dog and to sing for the comic con angels that were at his event. Everyone in the room was either a child who watched the Blues Clues program, a mother of an autistic child who still does watch it or someone who literally felt like they learned English and so much more than I would ever realize from that one amazing man. It's interesting that suddenly he is becoming known again because in 2011 I was telling everyone in my school how Steve works with The Flaming Lips and in 2011 the show was still airing Steve episodes and while babysitting or just going through grief looking for wholesome TV content I found Steve again. Learned of him departure from the show, tried to find his social media. Kind of forgot for 10 years and here he is again my imagined future husband, me and the other millions of ladies wishing. 🤗 I'm so happy you met him!

Haha I was a teen/adult when Blues Clues was big. My mom and I both babysit and of course the kids watched the show. I seen Steve say they got a lot of inspiration from Mister Rogers. I can see how the adults watch Blues Clues could be attached to Steve since we all love Mister Rogers. Steve didn’t know he was going to be an icon for millennial children. As someone who is GenX like Steve. I can say we are some of the strongest and caring humans on the earth. We maybe the forgotten generation but we are still watching and supporting if needed.

The ONE time Kevin can be excuse for crying like a little B. We'd all cry too if I got to see Steve again...

Oh don't worry I'd cry like a little b as well if I ever saw Steve and I was a teenager when Blue' Clues first came out. I also found lots of things with Steve
