@@stavros950 , and if Lebron had been around in that era then he'd have dealt with it, just as players did back then. You know that NBA players today aren't a different species, right? The idea that Lebron James would curl up in the foetal position if he had to take a bit of contact is just stupid. He's a great player and would be great in any era. I'm not a Lebron fan especially but the inability that some people have to admit how good he is just because his fans hurt their feelings is pathetic.

I can't recall what those fans did but I remember thinking that they deserved to be thrown out and that would apply to any era. Maybe players in the Jordan era were too busy slapping each other to consider that fans shouldn't be allowed get away with any abuse they want.

I'm an MSU fan, which is the school Kevin Willis came out of. Willis was an invisible big man while at State, but was able to parlay that into a 21 year career in the NBA. That he is taking a shot at Salley and not Lambier tells you Kevin is sharper than you think.
