I’m starting medical school this fall and this video is essentially everything I aspire to. The balance of weight training, jiu jitsu, sports medicine and family life is exactly what I want out of my career. It makes me happy to know that this kind of lifestyle is possible with the right amount of hard work and dedication. Great video!

I wouldn’t be able to do my sport with little to no pain without my Dr! I’m not stopping my sport unless it’s impossible to do it without severe pain and no treatment options. It’s literally the highlight I look forward to 3 times a week & it keeps me sane. Shoutout to everyone who keeps people like myself going in their sport! Y’all are amazing and absolutely essential! My doc always did my knee injections old school by feel. Hopefully you keep in practice so you can do that if you don't have a fancy ultrasound for shots. Do you charge more to do the ultrasound guided shot vs if you did it the old way? In my experience, every time you add a tool, you add to the bill.
