I’m always amazed at how some people scrap their cars with virtually brand new tyres on, Ford Focus this time. Also, you must spend a fortune on coffee!

Excellent video as always Kev, used to drive past Copart Sandwich when taking Buses down to Scania at Tilmanstone for warranty work, got a lift back in a next gen Scania once, cracking truck! You lucky boy! Keep up the good work and keep safe! 👍😀🚛

This is a high tech facility, they sell repairable cars, used parts and scrap the rest, everything that can be recycled is, Kev did a video on it a few months ago, so did Jonny Smith of The Late Brake Show.

That 1st car, the Peugeot 207, send that to Rob & Chris at Salvage Rebuilds UK, they'll make light work of putting that back on the road. Also, that 13 reg red Ford Focus, OK it's an ecoboom, but it looks way to food to scrap.

Kev, I know you’re in the road all the time, but people don’t always feel comfortable doing 70mph. My wife broke her spine in a car crash 34 years ago, when a drunk driver hit the car head-on that she was a passenger in. She can drive, but it hurts her to do so, and she panics when out on the roads because she’s worried someone will hit us again. We sit with the lorries on the Motorway, and go 50-55 on duel carriageways if only to make her feel a little safer. I know it’s safer to do traffic speed, but when you’re petrified it’s not always possible.

With that crash it looked like the Qashqai’s wheel was damaged, doubt it could’ve driven to the lay-by like the Merc and Tesla did

Part of the Copart Sandwich compound used to be the storage area for VW/Audi cars imported via Ramsgate back in the late 70’s/early 80’s.

Dont you just hate it when car drivers sit under the speedlimit on dual carriageways! As a van driver im limited to 60, and usually when i go to overtake they match my speed!!! You must find this all the time in the wagon, Kev!

that wrecks my head people who wait till the last minute to merge in road works they get plenty warning signs to merge and i have never seen one that says drive till you run out of road then force your way in .......a lot of reasons why we have delays

The Ford focus engine is a wet belt driven and the filter in the sump gets blocked if oil changes are not done frequently common with the eco boost engine easy fix drop sump clean filter and replace oil jobs a goodun

i live near maidstone and visit often and i know someone who lives a few doors down from where you picked up from please film if you go to maidstone again + do you have pick ups in maidstone often love you content i hope a see you on the road

You went past where I live 😀 plus when you turned left back on to Tonbridge Road after picking up the Focus, you should have turned left at the traffic lights and you could have got to the M20 that way. I've just noticed that the way I said you can get to the M25, down Hermitage Lane has a 7.5tonne weight restriction, my mistake, no idea why it has

A3 at Wisley, they are making junction improvements. Not the words I was using when I was stuck there the other Friday at 7am trying to get to Goodwood. Avoid that area if you can

Most of the cars seem to have quite good tread levels on their tyres. What does Trent do with them? Do they resell as part worn or scrap/recycle them?
