This is so easy to make yet so amazing ! Thanks Lloyd ! I just have a question : how do we do to reset the gimmick ?
@animationkid118 ай бұрын
@LloydB , I am so sorry to inform you but unbiased magic reviews has put out a video in response to your recent video regarding a DEX review. I know you said you will not retort, however, I would just like you to know that he is claiming you fabricated the emails, Christian Grace is in on the falsities of the video and that you were personally attacking him. Also, he is using a picture of you younger as a way to draw people into the video where he is challenging you to go up against one of his friends who apparently would ‘smoke you any day’ at retrieving a card in an index. I think this is utterly wrong, unacceptable and morally terrible to say things such as this, and I know you may not address this his, however, I just wanted to let you know and your supporters know. Thanks for being so honest and humble and standing up to show liars up.

Lloyd, a friend once told me that he thought magic was a disappearing art. With creative minds like yours around, that is never going to happen. Well done my friend!

I'm always amazed with the thought process that goes into creating illusions more than the outcome of the illusion itself. The imagination and creativity is incredible. Magic effect creators ought to be the people doing city engineering and all forms of governmental problem solving!

This is beautiful. Fun thing I found after a little research. There are thrrmocromic paints that reverse at room temperature, invisible/visible at cold or warmed, lots of options. There's even a company that will custom make thermocromic paints to specific color and temperature specifications (not sure how expensive that is) knowing this presents even more options, and a possibly reusable gimmick.

Since this is a tutorial, an alternative steal: Assuming the same handling here. Leave the key under the card in left hand while fishing for the lighter with the right hand. Casually flash the key in place under the card in the left hand (wrist kill). Visual convincer. Stretch out the search for a few seconds to give that cognitive gap that keeps specs from connecting moves. Rotate the left hand back again, palm the key while swapping grip to the right hand, then ditch key and produce lighter, etc. And definitely press the card when gluing. That will mitigate some of the warping you can see in such gimmicks. Excellent work, LLoyd.
