honestly the unsung hero in the pre-fight skit is jordan's performance. his acting of his character's acting was so subtle and convincing that when his character stops acting and gets genuinely scared it's that much funnier

I was thinking he lost twice *to build false confidence* so on the rematch the opponent’s guard is down and *he takes **#EVERYTHING** from his opponent.* Even the announcers would be be like: 👤🗯️ Did he just say _”For now you may win?!”_ 👥🗯️ I think so. To say the least, it’s odd to have been handed this note _before the match:_ *”Now that I lost this match, we should hold the rematch at a cemetery to keep the reaper of death from having to travel.”* I gotta say… I’m terrified and I’m forever haunted by *this… Loss? If we call it a loss.*

Lol the dichotomy of the 2 pre-fight sketches is hilarious. One is intimidating with the cold, heartless pain of God’s revenge and the next skit uses intimidation by threat of ass love. So beautiful 😭😭

The brilliance of the first sketch is that it's so open-ended. They don't make it clear whether they were shocked speechless because they were offended, impressed, or just surprised. The audience can imagine whatever they want. Heck, I thought the scene ended with them being angry, but rewatching, that didn't happen.

I've gone through some Key & Peele now. And friends, even though they have amazing production values, great music, colour grading, makeup, effects... Their acting and delivery is TOP notch, outshining all. I'm not exaggerating. Amazing accents and all.
