I got FA-08 among other thanks to your videos, thanks a lot! Can we see you play that gig on your KZfaq? The gear looks great but I want to see your performance if you'd share. I want to be using FA-08 as the sound card or as you may be suggesting for my Windows laptop when using a DAW app, to use the FA-08 sounds when I compose and to immediately be able to adjust and manage the sequencer is what I am hoping. I figured to start playing and composing with the on-board sequencer, but I think I need more options by also using a laptop. I will check all the video tutorials once I get that far. I plan to do a new KZfaq channel just for my music.

Ed can you tell us about your stand. or give us part numbers. i've seen the stands before but really don't know where to get them or what parts are needed

Hey Ed...quick question? Why arent you using the onboard sequencer on the FA07? My main rig is an Fantom G6, Fantom X7, Fantom XR (redundency mainly) and a JDXi for vocoder....I use the X7 still as my main board and use its sequencer live for backing tracks, samples etc. Yea....so why the laptop? Seems like its just extra gear to lug. Is it just for a trendy look? Or is it the sequencer on the FA? Personal choice? I have never had any probs with using the X sequencer and a reason i havnt even looked at changing to an FA07. Also....if my X7 went down my XR can read all the sequence data. Cheers from Aust.
