I havent played a game with Tavhyon Manifold in it, but it seems pretty wild. Ten cards is a lot of value to give the opponent if you're not using it to win the game. Beyond getting an uninterupted forge step you get to redraw up to six, ready your board, and chose a different house. Being forced to draw 10 cards could flip your deck and unhaunt you too. Overall I dont like that turn skips are a thing now. I know stuff like Control the Weak can have a similar effect, but at least it didn't skip your forge step or effects that happen on your turn.

I have yet to form an opinion because I need to play with it, but turn skips are very powerful effects and it is indeed worrisome that they exist in an evergreen game.
