How do you replace a 7-way cable to the giggy box? Does the entire distribution box (Giggy) have to be replaced?

@ keystone my refrigerator works when great when I just use power from giggy box, but when Im connected to shore power it’s throws it into diagnostic mode. Can I leave giggy box on while shore power is on. Please help. Our dealer is terrible..!!!!!!!

They've had these on service truck bodies and semi trailers for years! Power distribution panel! The cover should be water tight with a seal though.

My Keystone RV came with a Giggy box, but no disconnect switch. Can I use any switch, or where can I get the switch from?

I have 2 6v batteries, a battery disconnect and the giggy box. Giggy box has power when battery disconnect is off - is that by design or is camper connected incorrectly.

Good morning, you will have some power still in place even with the battery disconnect off. As you will still have power to your inside, and 12V to the slides and jacks. What size ring terminals are needed for the positive end 6awg.

Good morning! Ring terminals can be determined by the gauge of the wire. Typically the ring terminal for the battery is a 6 gauge. Thank you!

Shut mine off for four hours turned it back on and the power tongue jack and slides wouldnt work. Batteries were completely dead, brand new unit from the dealer yesterday. And we have a solar package so i highly doubt it charges by solar or the truck when driving. I would suggest you dont use interstate batteries in your systems, once the depelete once theyre junk.

@@KeystoneRVCompany do you have any recommendations to have all the breakers completely covered that is on my drawbar? They are exposed with the rubber caps and I would love to get it protected and looking cleaner.

@@KeystoneRVCompany I did some review and research and you guys should offer to sell the Giggy box by itself for other Keystone trailer owners. In reviewing my setup and what the Giggy box has is an easy conversion. It's a great new invention and you should offer it so we can have our trailer connections upgraded. If considered, what would be the estimated cost? Thank you

I have this on my 30bhs and the little red fuse for the solar keeps blowing all the time. We aren’t doing anything and it will just blow… so far not too impressed with the Giggy box as mine doesn’t seem to be working well.

Please help me…. Do you leave your “ Giggy “ on when hooked up to shore power ? I have a 2022 keystone and freaking dealer doesn’t even know. any information would help. I did just learn were my battery disconnect is. I’m new to camping. Thank you.

@@seschwan thank you. My refrigerator cools so fast on solar/ battery but when I switch to shore power it sends into a diagnostic mode. I’m trying to see if this helps. Appreciate your input.

@@KeystoneRVCompany can you please let me know, Can I leave my Giggy box on when connected to shore power ? One person says yes and two more say no. I’ve lost $ on groceries as this refrigerator goes into defrost mode. The dealer is absolutely horrible.!!!!!!!!
