I drove through downtown yesterday. There was little spots of tents, but overall it looked good. Music, good food smells, and art. I thought 'this is nice!' Then I turned one corner And there were just people laying all over the place. Like 50 people shooting up, tweaking, passed out, pooping, smoking, or yelling at nothing.
