Today I am sharing rice papad recipe / chokha na papad recipe / khichiya papad ni rit. There are several methods with which papad can be made, but the most popular is rice papad recipe. This is made by steam cooking the rice flour mixed with spices which gives it a unique texture and it becomes perfect accompaniment with any meal when fried and served. Further, this with this method problem of breaking down dry papad into small pieces or crack formation do not take place.

INGREDIENTS
2 kg rice flour (krushna kamod) - કૃષ્ણ કમોદ ચોખાની કણકીનો લોટ
Green chili - Ginger paste - લીલાં મરચાં આડું ની પેસ્ટ
20 grams cumin seeds - જીરું
20 grams white sesame seeds - સફેદ તલ
100 grams sago - સાબુદાણા
40 grams salt - મીઠું
40 grams papad kharo - પાપડિયો ખારો
4 litre water - પાણી
