Ingredients for Dal Pakwan -
चना दाल - १ कप (२०० ग्राम) (पानी में ४ घंटे भीगी हुई)
नमक - १ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच
मैदा - १ कप
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - २+१ चम्मच + तलने अनुसार
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १ इन्च
सूखी लाल मिर्च - १
कढी पत्ता - ७ से ८ पत्ते
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए)

Split Chickpeas - 1 cup (200 gm) (soaked for 4 hours)
Salt - 1 + ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ + ¼ tsp
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Edible Oil - 2 + 1 table spoon + to fry
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch
Dried Red Chilli - 1
Curry leaf - 7 to 8 leaves
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)
