In this episode of Jabs with Jamie, our man in the ring catches up legendary MMA star Khabib Nurmagomedov as he prepares to film his first instructional for Dynamic Striking.
Dynamic Striking was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your striking skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for students interested in striking who don’t look at mixed martial arts as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

lot of focus on hands but footwork is great!! look at khabibs feet! watch his trailing leg! it steps a bit foreward regularly on the cross of the 1-2 then immediately becomes driving leg in takedown, very seamless transition!!! ty khabib!

Ty khabib you did this against rda and MJ. Against gaethje it was very amazing how you just kept boxing him to make him tired and then go for the takedown with no need to use this technic, you just went for the double leg when he was trying to breath heavy, in the 2nd you catch his leg when he threw the low kick.
