No offence to you Brother Ali, but what is the relevance of making a video about another man's affairs? of which you in your own words said that your are 'speculating' about what happened in his marriage. If you are someone who understands the Deen, then you would know, that which does not concern you, is not your business, yet you are here saying "i wish I know what happened in his marriage" and nor is this an Islamic work of Dawah, but is rather work of gossip. Unfortunately your work on this platform has become the likes of those who make baseless social media content to get petty likes and make pennies on KZfaq. Be a man and don't invade in private affairs of others, what your doing is what little boys do.

I used to subscribe to Ali Dawah and learnt so much from his videos but wallah this is the final straw. I will unsubscribe because here blatantly, Ali is shamelessly trying to JUSTIFY a man who "allegedly" MAY have had an affair and married a non muslim. And here he is BLAMING the woman! It seems that no matter what, it's always the woman's fault, no matter what a good wife she is and a good muslimah, men will have the excuse to cheat if they are unsatisfied with the relationship. And because they are not emotional like women (as Ali described in this video) this 100% means they made a rational decision??? I am sick and tired of being let down by not only my father, but also all these public dawah men who have been so much influenced by this "red pill" movement and claim they have not, and use their misogynistic ideas to spew nonsense FAR from the Qur'an and sunnah. I hate being made to feel like crap for being born a woman, and before anyone asks, no I'm not a feminist. I am a proud muslimah who tries my utmost best to follow the teachings of our beloved prophet Muhammad ﷺ and the mothers of the believers. But I can GUARANTEE that if the roles were reversed and Salamah moved on so quickly to get married again, no one would be saying that Khalid may not have been a good husband or try to JUSTIFY her behaviour?? Either way, there is never any excuse for affairs, end off. When you make these videos, you have no idea how difficult it is for the woman to bear emotionally whilst you just carry on speculating and causing gossip about their situation. Also, I never watch these muslim influencer couples because I find them cringe and don't agree with any of it, or showing any relationship online as it conflicts with my values of modesty and hayah. I only watched a couple of shorts that came into my feed once of salamah and khalid and it was very disturbing in my opinion. So I am not defending them because I never watched their videos. I just feel for the woman being subtly blamed for her ex-husband allegedly having an affair, clearly noted in the Qur'an as zinah, a major sin. I advise you Ali, to please refrain from posting such videos, and to choose your words wisely as you have no idea how much they can affect and hurt other young muslimahs like myself and make us not even want to get married. Ever since you started that 'bitter truth show' aswell, quite frankly I don't agree with the mixed setting of both men and women and the topics discussed. A lot of people have felt very uncomfortable and voiced their concerns which you have continued to ignore. I found a lot of views expressed to be very extreme, and like I said earlier, made me feel like crap about being a woman again Literally at 7:54 Ali says it's her fault for him moving on so fast in conclusion

What are you on? There's a huge crisis in Muslim marriage. Feminist liberal imaams have destroyed the male-female relationships and ruined masculinity. Many young men, including me, are afraid of women and marriage. Most women have made their permanent residence in hell. Dawah to Christians is absolutely useless when your own is on fire. Christian women embracing Islaam don't get saved but fall for ad-Dajjaal and hell by listening to these enticing feminist misandrist imaams they are already comfortable with.

I am shocked and disgusted by this video. I fear for the young boys who will watch this and think it is facts. I agree with your sentiment. the wording could be better though. we do not ostracize polygyny. it is GOOD to normalize Polygyny, it is halal and should be treated as normal. @minnie2494 Ай бұрын
@PuffleGlurp i feel like your just trying to make it ok for men to have more than one wives.. it did happen back in our prophets' days.. but you can not expect women to be second wife. Our prophet didn't marry women for sexual his desires he married women for other reasons. Men these days are so obsessed with sex and feel the need to have multiple wives just for their own selfish desires. But like i said, if he want’s more than one wife, then go ahead. But be willing to lose the one he is with. A man should be honest and let the women know that he wants more than one wife before ruining the first wife's life. You can disagree if you want, but i am speaking as a women
@PuffleGlurp
@PuffleGlurp Ай бұрын
@@minnie2494 Yes I am, since it *is* okay. Polygyny is halal. The only reason we have such sqeamish attitudes towards is (like we do for Hijab) in society, is due to Western (christian) influence... Christianity was the first religion to BAN polygyny, due to St. Paul. When Christianity was exported through the European colonies, (along with the anti-sodomy laws and other Bible based rulings) Polygyny was outlawed too. and then after WW2 when the US became the per-eminent superpower. I spread the age of 18 and the ban on polygyny to its vassals like Japan. Hence why that attitude is present in Most of the secular, post-colonized and western world, whereas the muslim nations retain the allowance of polygyny, even though they too have been influenced by western attitudes, and that along with the economic uncertainty in the modern world, where even single wife marriages are difficult, polygyny has become uncommon. But it should NOT be uncommon. Just as it was hard and weird to normalize the hijabback into western society, we can make polygyny normal also. currently the west has a negative view of it due to the Mormons and illegal LDS cults, (the US banned polygyny, despite their 1st ammendment laws, to curb the growing Mormon movement in the early US history, since the govt. saw it as a growing threat to the federal govt.) But it shouldn't be weird for women who are best friends, love each other and enjoy each other's company to marry and share the same husband. The current view on "Harems" have been greatly distorted by western orientalists, who view it as one man laying on a couch, like a lion surrounded by his pride/harem like some king being fed grapes. Or as abusive fringe Mormon cults, with a crazy cult leader hypnotizing women into his thrall. both of which are not accurate depictions of a real "plural marriage", which too is not the islamic concept, but rather akin to polyamory free for all... Just because it is unfamiliar doesn't mean that we should give up on normalizing it. --------------------- That said, you are correct, that many people wanting multiple wives are driven by lust... but that's a larger conversation including the role of romance and love in single wife marriages also... do you marry for attraction or out of duty? Marriage shouldn't be done purely out of lust. but it should be fine for romantic attraction to exist between spouses... a loveless marriage is not recommended either. and finally, Yup, you are correct about a wife not wanting multiple wives for her husband, and one can include that in the nikah contract. but throwing that in afterwards is unfair and unjust... but I can see why this also concerns the ability of men to convey and explain things / talk to their wives. so it should be done with tact. ---- I would say, that is a man has urges, then he ought to try discuss with his wife, if he desires more intimacy, they can work on that to satisfy each other. and if that is difficult for her, perhaps they can try polygyny, if it's hard for the wife to provide and fulfull such an ask. but whatever happens, it should be done with tact and kindness.

My dear brother Ali, I love you for the sake of Allah. You are a good Muslim calling others to Allah, what a noble thing you are doing. However brother one thing I advise, from one brother to another, is not to show non-mahram woman on the internet. Allah has commanded us to lower our gaze, and trust me, a lot of these woman are very beautiful and many of us young guys would be like 😯😯🤤🤤. So it’s best we avoid such things. May Allah reward you!!!❤❤❤

The fact people are justifying taking a second, third, fourth wife is crazy. This was done hundreds of years ago when there was a shortage of men, women were being widowed and then robbed or attacked. So it was allowed in order to protect the women. These days, it's justified by saying a mans not cheating if he's marrying the woman. It's basically an excuse for a man to be intimate with more than one woman. But what else did Allah teach both men and women? Do not give in to your desires.. do not sin.. be modest.. lower your gaze.. work hard on your marriage. All of this goes out of the window when a man can't keep it in his trousers. They then use the excuse that its permissible if a nikah is done. It's ridiculous. Look into the REAL reason why it was permissible back then. Those times are not relevant now. Men need to learn more self-discipline. And these brothers need to stop saying women should put up with it.. its their different wiring. BS!

It's not a sin and it's not really obligatory for there to be extenuating circumstances. Sorry that's just the truth of the matter don't let your emotions dictate what you believe and read and educate yourself
@adeletait3558
@adeletait3558 Ай бұрын
@beast1elsayeda I never said it was a sin. Read more carefully. And I do not need to educate myself in the matter. This is more to do with human behaviour rather than what is written in Islam. Neither did I say there has to be extenuating circumstances. I'll put it in plain English for you seeing as you are having trouble understanding... men want to sleep with more than one woman and to justify that it is OK, they are doing a nilkah..whether secret or not, and using a ruling from hundreds of years ago to legitimise it... "I can up to four wives...". There isn't a need or necessity for it. If a man wants to look at Islamic ruling.. then look to the part that says you should work on your marriage.. not go hunting for another woman.. and the men out there saying (including Brother Ali Dawah) that the men aren't getting the intimacy from their current wife and that's the reason.. well why isn't that happening? From a woman's point of view... the woman isn't happy.. because if she was, she would be intimate. So the husband clearly isn't working hard at the marriage and seeing to his wife's unhappiness, he's too busy looking for the next halal woman for him.. you say don't let emotions get involved.. that's ignorant.. every marriage carries emotions. And there wouldn't be 2nd, 3rd, 4th wives if there wasn't any issues. A marriage isn't a business agreement. You need to think with your brain..
@redpanther9380
@redpanther9380 Ай бұрын
Real reason? There is no real reason it was allowed and it is still allowed we don't worship women's feelings. If it's permitted it's our choice not some mulimahs choice. And to the point there were more women then men so by theat logic there are still more women than men in west
@ohmygash5102
@ohmygash5102 Ай бұрын
you got it all wrong, taking a second, third, forth wife is the DEFAULT, keeping just one for your whole life is against the norm. In surah nisa, it is mentioned that you should take 2, 3 or 4, and IF you can not treat them fairly, then "content" yourself with one. 4:3: ".......then marry other women of your choice-two, three, or four. But if you are afraid you will fail to maintain justice, then ˹content yourselves with˺ one....."
@adeletait3558
@adeletait3558 Ай бұрын
@ohmygash5102 that is the biggest load of bs I have ever heard. It is certainly NOT a default! And again you are forgetting the time of the Prophet, when there was enough battles/ wars going on, and thst is when it is recorded. And there was a valid reason behind it. Many scholars have spoke of this reason. And it is by far the norm and a default in this day and age. And it is advisable not to do so fkr many reasons, including financial stability and putting your family / families through unnecessary hardship. Plus that fact that no man can treat more than one woman equally. Even brother Ali atleast raised that point himself. Many men keep their second wives a secret.. so how are they treating both women equally? They aren't. Both financially not supoorting them the same, and by ways of having one wife involved with your actual family, ie parents, siblings and other relatives. Celebrating Eid together, birthdays, family weddings etc.. and the other wife always completely in the dark. Let alone spending equal amounts of time with them both which isn't possible. It HAS to be equal in all aspects of the marriage, and it just clearly won't be. Men who want to use unrealistic excuses to have many women, are clearly storing their brain somewhere else other than their skull. It is that simple. You can't use a situation that happened hundreds of years ago and apply the results to today. We are living in different times.

You say a woman would not think of another man if married to her dream man. But if the husband decides to have a second wife, how can you possibly blame the first wife for not understanding? She could never feel comfortable sharing. Infact its fair to call it cheating. You're kinda blackmailing the woman in accepting the situation. The sad reality is that because a woman doesn't have an equal exit to the relationship, some men exploit this and use religion in an unjustified way. What if a woman who cannot populate and has a high sex drive and desires multiple marital partners in today's time, should her individual needs be accepted like the man's with the same option?
