I'm proud to follow the religion of my ancestors, but at the same time, I enjoy learning about Islam, listening to nasheeds, the azaan and I have close friends who are muslim. @@Verradonairun Never say never. In the end, it is Allah who guides people, depending on the condition of their hearts. Ancestors are gone and what they followed isnt necessarily the truth. As Allah says in the Quran: They(the non-muslims) followed their ancestors and their ancestors were not on the correct path (not the exact verse but meaning wise). Its up to us today to search for the truth

In Islam, nobody is better than the other in the eyes of God except in good actions and godfearing. What humans hold on to of ignorant traditions and racist conduct is nothing from Islam. Also, there is no Quraish anymore. Todays world is about money and status and thats all over the world not only the rich arabs. Capitalism.
