1/2 cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
1/2 cup Curd
1 cup Water
2 Green Chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
1/8 tsp Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp grated Coconut

For Tempering:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
2 Green Chillies
