This song gave me a different perspective on my depression. I used to be majorly depressed and got a lot of therapy and I’ve made huge strides & now it doesn’t happen nearly as much or as long but I do panic and try to distract myself when I start feeling sad because I feel like I’m back to square one even if it’s normal sadness. I need to accept that sometimes we have feelings that we need to feel and it’s okay to be sad. There’s a balance to life and it doesn’t always have to be perfectly happy. In fact, that’s unrealistic.

Please don't ever let the industry try and change you. Change happens on its own. Stick to your roots and you will go far. You have a lot of talent and even your own fan base. Cant wait to see you blow up all through sheer talent. We love you! ❤
