I have been hit with that same combo except the guy messed it up; he hit me the left hook and the left kick. I really wish he would have don it Pat's way and missed the left hook..

I just signed up for the program and it's awesome. Barry shows a ton of other moves like this and I've been learning from Meathead, Greg Jackson, Rumble, Ryan Bader and a ton of other guys. I recommend it to all of you, especially because it's dirt cheap.

A lot of MMA and Thai fighters dismiss the lead leg round kicks for some reason. It's a very popular kick in full contact kickboxing but isn't the easiest to do effectively as it requires good flexibility, and strength from an unusual position. But it is effective when used correct. I love the lead round kicks, they can also be used in a similar way to a jab.

always impressive to see, how much technique is in theire "wild striking" which sometimes looks like a wild rage and not like the technique it is ^^

Dude had some scary low kicks

ive actully got a favorite kick and thats the "fake" right hook and then a fast right low leg kick. I can so much power and i usually gets my opponent to stumble

yes...but most fighters response to an incoming strikes is to dodge or retreat, hes not always going to drop his guard so dont always count on the trick, unless the guy wnats to counter stike

That so true Oder win Marshall arts fights and protect your self you need to do what unexpected because in self denfense in my option the most unexpected you are the faster you can get away and get help

I agree Fedor Emelianenko is a classic example. People think he has poor sloppy boxing, but in actual fact he is using a different style of punching that isnt from the boxing arsenal, and hes one of the best counter strikers ever with it. But since people have no knowlege of punching styles outside of boxing, they mistake it for a sloppy swing, which it is most definately is not.
