Dude, this is Bart Allen. He was Impulse in season 2 and became the new Kid Flash at the season finale when Wally died. Wally is still dead.

It's just speculation that the Legion finds about Wally West being maybe alive and telling it to Bart Allen since they are all from the future

Since Wally is probably in the speed force they could/should do a Barry Allen reference of Wally skipping through time and being in the future where he meets Thorne. Then he could find a way (possibly the cosmic treadmill) to travel back in time ... but professor zoom follows him.

I thought of a theory a twist that Wally is going to be the main villain for season 5 and another twist would he is The Reverse Flash or The Black Racer
