In this VladTV exclusive, Christopher "Kid" Reid of the hip-hop group Kid 'N Play, returned to weigh in on the latest batch of hot topics. Among the things discussed this time, Kid gave his take on the legacy of Hank Aaron and how his passing raised eyebrows after it was reported he received the COVID-19 vaccine.
Kid recounted the meager pay the cast of 'House Party' received and said it was probably comparable to what the cast of 'Friday' made. Elsewhere in the interview, Kid reacted to the late Mo3's alleged murderer getting arrested and spoke about why he thinks gangsta rap, in particular, helped take the fun-loving spirit out of hip-hop.

Justin369@That's how people slide into other cultures by mirroring them. Hairstyles, copying their walk, adapting their style of talking or singing. Mimicking is one of the ways whites are able to maintain dominance over other people and they train half-white entertainers into sliding into black culture by doing the same thing. It's very easy, one of the reasons non-whites will always be oppressed and dominated.

I faintly remember Kid n Play when I was growing up. I remembered that wide-eyed joking face of Kid, along with the flattop, and the dreads later, but never got to catch the "House Party" movies as a child born in '88. And something funny is....The first time I saw Eminem back in 2000 or so, he reminded me of Kid (who I didn't know much about at the time), and it was because of that same wide-eyed joking demeanor he had in interviews or wacky music video. lol I did get to catch the movies later in life, and I enjoyed them for real. So the fact that they already had a DJ named Spinderella and had already released an album with her and then hired Dee to replace the original Spin and take her name doesn't count as "already being established" in your mind? Or you just don't actually know any of the facts? Cause if you do what happened then you're using some incredibly strange "logic" to arrive at your conclusion
