The only reason Leon didn’t see it is because he didn’t read it to begin with. If he had truly read the whole thing, he would’ve 100% seen the “fine print” (which isn’t really fine because it’s literally bolded ☠️) unless he cant read or he has horrible eyesight. The print was very visible so it’s not illegal in this case

He was smart, he made a system that basically gave him 40 bucks for doing nothing, it was unfair for the one doing the chores but like bad wages are very, very common. The only mistake he made was not reading the contract. But if i was him i would've done them, i'd die for 50 bucks per chores like thats so much.

The kid is doing a really smart thing in this video, that's the perfect entrepreneurial mindset that someone must have in order to become successful, he pays someone a certain fraction of the money that is being earned, but keeps the majority in order to make somewhat of a profit, and as time goes on, that money multiplies until you can get more and more employees, and then you make even more money, and get even more employees, and the cycle just continues to grow until you've built an empire. In real life, a kid with that kind of mindset early on, is only destined for success.

I don't see anything wrong with this. The only thing I think that's shocking is the dad giving a stranger a PS5. First of all, he is wasting his money on another stranger's child. He thought smarter, but the only thing he did wrong was asking for a contract. The fact that Leon didn’t completely fulfill the terms of the contract, even when he had a lawyer present proves that he’s liable for breaking a contract. And that attorney never used any uncertain terms in the contact. Even when a lawyer has to obey the law, they can still be evil

Nate’s a snitch. He happily agreed to do the chores and was even paid for them double what he’s normally paid (albeit how the payment was split wasn’t actually fair, but still Nate was fine with it and willingly accepted). Yet he broke his promise to Leon and ended up just throwing him under the bus. Yea Leon shouldn’t have lied to his dad, but Nate snitched on Leon for something that was a mutual agreement. Nate’s wrong for that.

Then he asks Nate that if he’s willing to do it for him for a share of his payment that’s from his dad, which Nate didn’t hesitate to accept. Then Leon later on tells Nate not to tell his dad, which he also accepts. The kid went and told his mom everything even though he promised Leon that he’d keep it a secret.

@@eyebrawler6567 I do agree that he should have not told his mom, but I think Nate thought that it was okay for him to do someone's chores because Leon didn't read on the agreement paper that he was the only one that was supposed to do his chores. So technically, Nate probably thought the agreement paper didn't say anything about only Leon doing his chores, that's why he thought it was okay for him do that. Overall, Nate wasn't so in the wrong, but I do agree that he doesn't deserve so much respect for what he did.
