In a much older episode Peter accidentally knocked over all the sperm in the hospital, so he had to refill all of them with his and that is why he has so many kids.

Isn't it weird that none of Peter's kids with Louis look like him? 100 % of the sperm bank kids looked just like him. They said Chris and Meg weren't his in a couple episodes.
