So, for those who don't know, Black Bomber was a character concept made by DC in the late 60s, early 70s. He was a racist white man who would turn into a super-powered black man by saying the n word. This was going to be their first black character in DC history, and they made the right decision by going either Black Lightning instead. I believe in the 2000s, Dwayne McDuffie, the creator of Static Shock, re tooled him and made him the Brown Bomber, who is just a joke character and was used to make fun of how dumb DC was to think it was a good idea.
