Missing Since: August 7th, 2022
Missing From: Selma, CA
Sex: Female Height: 5' 3” Weight: 180lbs
Race: Hispanic
Age: 22 years old
Jolissa Fuentes was last seen at an AM/PM gas station in the early morning hours on Sunday August 7th, 2022. Jolissa was last seen wearing a white Nike tank top, grey shorts and black Nike slides and captured on AM/PM CCTV driving off in her 2011 Hyundai with California license plate 8MPU766.
Her family believes she may have driven out to a rural area east of Selma, where there are orchards and vineyards, because Jolissa used to spend time there to clear her head after one of her best friends died last year. On the night she disappeared, she had come home from a party and stopped at her grandmother's house to grab some cash and a bag before heading to the AM/PM. They say Jolissa has not contacted anyone and has not picked up her phone since she was last seen, which is extremely unusual for her.

Jolissa was found off the embankment at Pine Flat.. Her car rolled and was hidden under trees and bushes. The area where she ended up looks just about like the area you ran into problems with the motorhome. You would not have seen her. I thank you for all the help that you have been giving to all the families around the US. Thank you for allowing me to be part, even if it only a little bit, of this movement. Thank you!

Where she was found to have gone off is the identical spot that the motorhome had complications. Coincidence? Or spooky? Maybe the motorhome wouldn't work in that spot for a reason. I am superstitious and I think it was a message to them that it wasn't safe turn. Like someone was looking out for them. Maybe it was message that they were so close to finding her. Whatever the reason, May she rest in Peace and condolences to her family. 🕊️

Oh AWP family, I can’t watch or listen without tearing up because of your love and care for these families as if they were your own. Doug, you are the best training leader and positive reinforcement for the AWP dive team. In spite of the various challenges, you keep the positive outlook. Truth. I can’t help but wonder why there was such a contrast on the Kylie Rodni case and the family. Whatever the case. It’s quite clear they do their best to express their care and concern. Wow. I just pinpoint the exact location she was found and the fact that the RV broke down so close by, sends chills up my spine. Jolissa was sending you guys a sign. You guys were so close. 😮 I’m glad they found her and now she can RIP.🙏🏻

There is a lot of cliffs in this area, they need to check the areas with heavy overgrowth, could be hidden by bushes etc. Thank you guys for your amazing efforts. Couldn't think of a better channel to support.

Exactly. Usually hear where the last phone ping. Just like that other case where that young gal was found in the woods and right off the road I believe in heavy woods or something. I lm sure very difficult with drones but you need man hours on foot and usually right off the road

True. A friend of mine laid injured at the bottom of one of these cliffs for two days before they were found. Her friend didn't make it.

Where your motorhome broke down on the bend, she was literally straight down that embankment (200ft) if that wasn't a sign of the powers that be I don't know what is! You guys continue to do amazing things and this world is literally a better place because of you guys and what we do as followers and fans to help with costs don't mean anything if you guys weren't out there helping people bring their loved ones home. Please continue to be safe out there as you put your lives on the line for those who can't no longer. We will be right here supporting you amazing human beings. Does anyone else have the hardest time seeing anything on the sonar equipment? It reminds me of when I was pregnant and trying to see things on the ultrasound machine. I don’t know how they do it but it’s really amazing! It’s so difficult to see an actual car on the screen. Thank you AWP for including us on this journey with you. You have so many supporters , it’s just so neat to see! ❤

I absofuckinlutely AGREE 💯!!!! That was the FIRST & MAIN THING that STOOD OUT TO ME!!!! We DIDN'T SEE OR HEAR ANY of that from Kiely's family!!!!! Which just really makes me THINK 🤔 & WONDER WHY????!!!! Then AFTER SEEING Kiely's mother's statement at the memorial, I was REALLY SHOOK & APPALLED!!!!! That woman is OFF HER ROCKER IMO!!!!! I've NEVER SEEN a grieving mother of a murdered child ACT OR SPEAK like that EXCEPT the ONES that were GUILTY OR COVERING UP something OR for someone that was GUILTY!!!!! IDK if she knows that the kids DID what they DID & she's COVERING UP for them or what BUT, her behavior is NOT NORMAL!!!! I do KNOW that much!! I've followed true crime since I was 16 years old & I will be 52 in a few weeks, I've SEEN ALOT of grieving mother's & parents that TRULY CRIED & BROKE DOWN to where they could BARELY SPEAK!!! Kiely's mother has NEVER BEEN SEEN shedding ONE TEAR, it's been FAKE CRYING & SNIFFLING!!!! It's just BIZARRE AF to me!!!! To me her biological dad is the ONLY ONE that is TRULY HEARTBROKEN & CRYING & TRULY WANTS ANSWERS to what REALLY happened to his daughter!!!!! Unfortunately, Jolissa was found dead, in her car, having crashed down a 200 ft revine, off the road at Pine Flat. Her family finally have their answers and can now finally put her to rest. Thank you for taking the time to come looking for her. What you guys do is wonderful.

Good stuff! I’ve been a member for over a year now, and started watching Jared (he’s not in this video) way before that, when he first started pulling vehicles out of the water, with the sole purpose of reducing pollution. Then he found a dead body, then about a month later, he found another dead body and the rest is history. I joined when he started his first cross country trip.

My concern is her phone has been thrown out where the last ping is and her vehicle could still be in other waters nearby. Bless you guys for all you do to help these families.

My mom went missing back in February and it was absolutely devastating for our family. We had no idea whether she was alive or dead. I feel for this family. I was able to find my mom, and it was a total God thing. I have faith and I do believe that Jolissa will be found. God is so faithful…I want to say something’s I would personally be looking into… Ask LE to show you the video of her coming back into town! Was it really her driving? Was it someone else? I’m sure the family has already looked into this, and maybe not but….check the cell phone to see all her outgoing/incoming calls. Call the cell phone company to see if the phone is still on…like did it have a hard power off or did the phone die? Can the cellphone company tell you where her phone last pinged? I know LE pinged it but maybe see if the cell phone company has a different location on the last ping. Those are just some things I learned from my mom missing. It’s a nightmare no family should have to experience. I pray you all get some answers soon. The not knowing is absolutely awful!! God bless you all.

My feeling is that she was targeted because she was known to be a responsible person and may have had a little money. I saw a photo of her posing with money..innocent but not smart. Sometimes there are other people around us that resent others who are doing OK.

Who are you to tell people how to grieve? Even god won’t do that. You can’t have expectations for how people react when they lose someone. Ever hear of shock? Disassociation? Sometimes someone’s missing and you’re hurting so bad you don’t even think of the disappearance as real anymore. Reality disconnects when you lose someone.

Hopefully she will be found soon. It is sad to think she isn't being looked for with the amount of eyes Kiely did and the same urgency. Thank God for AWP for being there for Jolissa's family and being able to rule out some spots where she is not.

I'm sorry but you're comparing a child to a grown woman. Law enforcement unfortunately can't go out full fledged on every missing adult because unfortunately in most cases its because said adult chose to run off and not tell anyone. Regardless of how responsible and unlike them it may be. Comparing the two situations is wrong, although I wish it could be handled the same, unfortunately it will never be.

@@rpereira7735 as we both agreed upon, we wish it could be treated the same. AWP have shown how many people are missing with the potential of them being in the water, they are booked up for the next 10yrs with the ones they know about. Most often there are tell tale signs between someone going missing compared to running away. When the fit the criteria for missing, yes, there should be extra resources put on it no matter their age. I do not want the age of my mum, my brother, my sister, my cousin, my best friend to discount the importance of their existence or worthiness of being found. There is an epidemic of people not being searched for because police presume they are adults and have run away, yet someone eventually finds their body weeks, months or years later by chance. If we don't expect change then we accept the narrative of what lack of resources and effort is put into finding the missing. Even one extra resource that was put into play when Kiely went missing would be better than nothing. So it doesn't have to be the same amount of resources, just something more.

That girl was 16, a child, who didn't leave the party willingly, that's probably why. Jollisa's family is amazing to keep pushing and trying to find their young daughter/sister/friend. 22 is so young to leave without a trace. I ache for them to have no closure.

Even then though, I don't know if we will truly know. It's very sad that beautiful young woman had her life cut so short. I just joined because my family and I have been riveted by what you guys do and we are touched by your efforts and kindness. After 9/11 people combed through and sifted through debris to get families any remains to bury. It's an act of love for the person and the family. You guys are heros. I have a suggestion for you guys: You are getting flyers of folks still missing all the time..is there a way to put say a plexicovered document casing along the rv and or trailer to where you can put the fliers? you never know if say someone at a truck stop or rest area or where ever you stop might have seen a missing person.. not everyone goes on the next all the time or if they are on an unplugged vacation....its just a thought

The end of this had me tearing up which I don't do often. This is unbelievable that a 22yr old went missing without a trace. Someone definitely knows what happen to her and as Doug said You Need To Come Forward And Say Something, Help This Family and Community Bring Her Home. Beautiful ending . Even if y’all didn’t find her , that was still a beautiful ending . The family was so appreciative and so caring and loving . So humble and kind and it made me cry to see them give y’all a hug . Love makes the world go round ❤️ be kind to people and show everyone love . You never know what someone is battling ! I hope the RV is ok and was nothing serious ?? I’m glad she wasn’t found which means she can still be alive , but I know the family is still suffering with silence . I’m really praying that this family finds their loved one, an answer, period. I lost a daughter and a brother so I know what this girls mother and sister are going through, especially the mom. I came back to this once I watched that to re watch this and see what road his car had issues on. Im now wondering if it was a sign. They talked a lot about divine intervention. My youngest is just like her dad, my oldest is just like me!!! I am Mom and Dad for my oldest, her dad passed away 5 years ago! She comes to me for everything, all of this doesn't mean I don't love my youngest any more or any less! My youngest is a total mama's girl!

It absolutely blows my mind when cases happen so close to somewhere I know. I spent my summers as a kid at a family house in Kingsburg, Ca. I literally know where the Am/Pm is. As soon as I saw Jolissa’s poster I sent it to everyone/posted it everywhere.

does anybody else find it odd she was randomly driving around all night? I know they said she liked to drive but all said she didnt see very well in the dark and park didnt open till 6. So why didnt she go home and sleep what was keeping her up? Was she depressed but kept it from family? Did that small fight trigger something that pushed her over the edge emotionally?

I do, and still, no one answered what gang hand sings she did in one of the videos. Also, she was flaunting 100 bills in one photo! Again did she have social media accounts? Were any of her friend's gang members? Too many questions. Why was she living with her grandmother? And did she keep lots of money at her grandmother's house? I recall in the previous video that she called or mentioned that she was going to go to her grandmother to get some money

I live in the outskirts of Fresno , like 15 mins away from where the Fuentes family live, there's back roads to get around also to get to Fresno , she most likely had her high beams on because it's lonely at night there's no cops just pure back roads ive my self drive around to relax my mind, so if she drove she for sure had her high beams on and there's that back road that takes you all the way to the lake I think someone followed her and too keep that's just my thoughts , I've seen on comments she would go to the lake to remember her passing friend , that's probably where she went that night just my predictions, the road to get to the lake is just sketchy and curvy , there could be a possibility that in that argument someone followed her, if she did crash on her way to the lake they need to search around because there is ditches, hoping they find her soon

Nothing ever good comes out of leaving parties late in the wee hours. Impaired judgement and defenses down. A list of everyone at the party should be written down. Maybe there are clues in their social media posts. Julissa's social media posts should be examined as well. Flyers should be posted at the gas stations near her last known whereabouts. I hope she is found soon.

After looking at the footage again, I believe she got a blunt and was possibly just out relaxing with weed. I've done it before, and it makes sense why she was out. It's legal in California, so why did she get cash? Are people still buying it that way, even when it's legal? Could of she met up with somebody and let them drive. So many questions. But it comes back to why the police keep this so quiet and withhold information unless they know something. Doing some research on the area, there have been many kidnappings and murders. Could there possibly be a crime hub for sex trafficking or forced labor? The gas station also had a lot of shady activity and was rumored to be a cover business. I just hope whatever happened is not too late, and she can come home alive a

Now that she is found, I look back to this video n seen how close you guys were to her location. I feel like when the RV broke down and would not turn on.... It was a sign from her! She was around those curve rd edges heading to Trimmer, were Doug was around n was coming back from it. Totally a sign she was there, around those curves.. Damn this breaks my heart 😔🌹 But I'm glad the family got their answers. Prayers are powerful♡ RIP. &AWP stay safe much love ♡

I have a 22 year old son and I think about this case every day wondering where she could possibly be and my heart is broken for her family because I know I would be sick if this were my son. I don't know how I would make it through without him and worrying about where he was and if he was ok. Even more so with a daughter. I am praying daily for this family. I hope the family sees this. BUT if she was on the phone plan with them they can go on line and get a DETAILED PDF bill. T-mobile has that, and it has the designated phone number she has and they can see here last call. And if they can they can get a new SIM card from the phone company and they can go through her social media messages, if she had snapchat, they can reset her password, go to the settings and download her data.

Just a suggestion… around 18:23 the transitions are a little extreme and can cause some who are photo-reactive to experience an epileptic reaction to the ‘flashing’ caused by how quickly it transitions from light and dark scenes.
