It’s funny cause even thought Johnny is technically a foreigner he’s the only one that’s fully Korean and Chicago has a pretty decent amount of Korean people not as many as like California or Atlanta but still a pretty big Korean community so some of the snacks he girl might have really liked he probably ate those too as a kid.
