For this installment, the kids taste test and react to pastry foods like whoopie pies, butterhorns, banana dumplings, cream horns, magic marshmallow crescent puffs, croquignoles (similar to beignets), death by chocolate, croquembouche, bacon sticky buns, and cronuts. This chapter in the history of food breaks down the evolution of pastries from the 1920s to the 2010s.

I have loved this series forever but...the older the kids get, the more they are aware that it's a show so they always try to perform. With that said, the three children trying the cronuts were awesome.

Gotta admit, the kids’ expressing their thoughts and opinion about what they’re experiencing is adorable and entertaining. I didn’t expect how eloquent they are all. The kids in blue and pink are great (i assume they’re siblings), they work well off of each other, seems funny and clever, hoping my future children would be that cool. I know those cream horns from a Tom and Jerry cartoon

Poptarts have always been more of a snack for me, occasionally eating it for breakfast if I wanted something really quick. Usually I have a bagel or eggs for breakfast though.

I'd like to compliment these parents on their children. They''re so much more polite and so much less bratty than the kids on Buzz Feed. They're also very articulate and have good palettes. They're really a credit to how they've been raised. That's in addition to being extremely cute! :)

I had no idea whoopies were so old and I didn’t know they were widespread. I see them at farmers markets all the time and they are not super common though.
