In this cold weather
you know it's the must to have hot soup and white rice?
For my kimchi stew I don't put water from the beginning
but use the water extracted from veggies continuously and boil for long
Then legit soup comes out of kimchi and you can make really tasty kimchi stew.

๐ฅ Pork kimchi stew
1. Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
2. Add a little olive oil then stir-fry kimchi and 400g of pork leg meat.
3. The kimchi juice will rise slightly as you stir-fry, then add some water. (just enough to prevent the kimchi from burning)
4. Close the pot lid, reduce the heat to medium, and boil for about 10 minutes.
5. While the stew is boiling, slice the green onion, red pepper, and cheongyang pepper diagonally.
6. After the kimchi stew is boiled some time, add more water and boil for about 10 minutes.
7. After tasting the kimchi stew, add 3 more spoons of tuna fish sauce and a swirl of yeondu, add more water, then boil for about 10 minutes. (the taste varies depending on the kimchi, so be sure to check the seasoning before adding fish sauce)
8. When the kimchi stew boils, add the sliced vegetables, sprinkle 2 spoons of red pepper powder and boil one last time.
๐ณ Spam egg roll
1. Cut the Spam into small pieces.
2. Finely chop the green onion.
3. Mix the chopped Spam, green onion, eggs and mix well.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Put olive oil in a frying pan and add the Spam and egg mixture.
6. When it's well cooked, slice it nicely and place it on a plate, and it's done!
