Always before starting to play something challenging you should practice and get prepared to it. Step by step we can get there. If we aim too high it can be counterproductive. So always practice slowly and deliberately before playing something really hard.

"You are playing a lot, but you are not practicing enough". That's exactly what I did for 15 years, with poor results. After a 10 years hiatus, I took again the guitar two years ago, but this time, I practice seriously and get results. But it took me 25 years to figure out how to practice like you do. Young people, if you want to become good, listen to Kiko's advices!!

I honestly just started watching this guy, I didn't want to like him because I was such a Friedman fan, but this guy is sick, and better than freidman to be honest.

I actually use that same kind of practice for cello and classical music. I call it “additive method”.

Meu amigo (já o chamo assim de tantos anos que te acompanho) obrigado pela nobreza de caráter, perfeição técnica e humildade..... Sou de 1980 e já não tenho tempo pra treinar ...mas depois desse vídeo e monografia da pós graduação... voltarei a treinar firme e forte mesmo na pandemia!!! Forte abraço e choose to right always !
