The story here isn’t about being a captain it’s the years he’s been in the deep seas. The scariest place to be on earth. A tiny vessel surrounded by volume of water monsters known snd never been known under the water. Congratulations mzee you survived the deep seas you will live a long time. That water tank, 1million litres is not adding up! If it is 40 feet diameter (we can see it is round) and 15 feet deep, that makes it 12.192 x 4.572 metres.
