Kill Team wise the Striking Scorpions actually kinda disappoint me. I'm aware that there's the thing with being able to mix Aspects in the Blades of Khaine team, but I was hoping to see a deeper dive into Aspect Warriors, with perhaps Aspect specific specialists, doing particular things within their Aspect better. Instead they just look like a typical 40k squad. Which isn't a bad thing but I'd have loved to see more, especially with how long there is between Aeldari stuff of all varieties.

I really hope you keep doing the narrative battle reports for Season 3 of Kill Team, I appreciate they must take a lot of effort, but I think they're better than any other battle reports. I love the roleplay introductions that set the scene at the start.

I’m on the fence about the AdMech Community Pool terrain. On the one hand, I am interested to see how KT plays on it, but on the other the battle mat pretty much forces you to paint it a certain way, so my other sector Mechanicus terrain isn’t going to mesh with it very well.

Very funny at the end there. Totally relatable. 😂 I wish the scorpions were a lot more predator-looking than simply updated. They did an amazing job on the banshees and incubi that i’m a bit surprised they look so much like the old sculpts.

The two new teams are very nice miniatures, but neither one really excites me to either paint or play. The new Kill Zone left me unimpressed at first, but it may be growing on me. It at least sounds like it may be an interesting setup to play on. One thing that worries me, though, is the lack of cover on any of the platforms. It seems like this season may be dominated by shooty teams. The idea of Void-Dancer Troops flying around this table is kind of scary, too. 😅

I hope they allow some of the other aspect warriors in the blades of khaine as well, I would love to have some dark reapers or fire dragons in kill team, I also heard a rumor that a new aspect warrior is coming to aeldari in the next year (just a rumor) would be neat for a long range sniper one or a psyker you can take in the blades of khaine.

The new kill zone is not exciting. I'm slowly trying to build a home table up with a couple kill zones. I've got into the dark and will probably get Octarius instead of the new one. Not interested in the new Kill Teams.

I don't know how you can like the Eldar team. They seem to be basically a compendium team. Or basically just a placeholder W40k squad. They are all so generic. Will they even have specialists? Is the customization only that you can mix and match other aspects warriors? If so, the team as is seems totally unplayable/underpowered. What is the point of a squad of 9 clones and a squad leader with +1 stats? And if they really wanted to go the compendium way, they could at least put in some other kind of aspect warriors. And them they come paired with the new kill zone that is a no cover, vantage point Killzone. It's a 100% counter to the clone Eldars team.

I like the new teams , not so sure about the terrain though. And WHY do we not yet have a 'Nid Team ?. The AdMech figure is very out there , wonder if there will be Kill Team rules for it.

The terrain is a good idea but it's pretty boring design wise.

This kill zone looks really lame to me.

I'm a bit disappointed. I think i'll wait for 3rd edition to play KT again. I like that terrain tho.
