Killer Bee Nation! 110 degrees. Four huge Killer Bee hives. Around 500 lbs of honey comb. This one literally threatened our lives. No matter how big and dangerous or how many hives there are-we have to complete the job AND DO IT RIGHT! These four removals are not typical but are becoming the norm with these bees. Enjoy this super dangerous example of what it can be like!

Also, why choose a spray adhesive rather than a bee killing spray? Concerned about contaminating honey? Seems like a slow way for the bees to die!
@KillerBeeGuy
@KillerBeeGuy 3 жыл бұрын
Definitely want to save the honey! When working with pesticides we always want to use as little as possible or none. To spray pesticide around to knock the bees out of the air would not only be illegal but extremely dangerous to us and people or animals in the area. So I developed the spray adhesive method to mitigate the threat without causing harm to ourselves etc. Also after fighting with these evil little bastards for 30 years I'm not too concerned about the well being of these bees. More vids coming! We actually got a drone to film in one!

Now these bees will go and start a hive close by and you will just have to come back to deal with them again unless you destroy them somehow. How will that happen? Especially if the queen is loose and they all gather with her then.

That vid was shot in July down here. It's been down in the 20s every night for a month! It is a cold winter for us. We are a mile high so when Tucson is at 115 we're around 85. It's been getting up to 55 or 60 during the day. Not too many bees right now! Although we do have a big removal of another hive in a badger hole out on a ranch this week!
