man :( junkyu’s not my bias for nothing. I fell in love with his voice since treasure box, but when they debuted I felt like their songs (mostly their title tracks tbh) did not showcase his vocals enough. The songs don’t allow him to have room to move his voice in his own way to where you can actually hear the color and texture in his voice. I noticed that a lot of his covers/english covers actually showcase his voice, where as in treasures’ music he doesn’t have room to be flexible with his voice at all really. It makes me upset because listen to the way he said blue at 0:23 like-come on! That was gorgeous, you hear this type of vocal sound in a lot of his covers and I feel like people don’t appreciate or pay attention to his voice as much because of the restriction treasures’ music not only has on him, but all of the members...
