Was all so surprised when she told him she was terminally ill and then he was all happy inside 😮😅 that whole scene just described and shown us how terrible this marriage was and up to how length he and even she was not in love 🥹🥲 I really didn't thought before watching this that we will get to see such dark and unhappy side of marriage as I thought everything will be like feel good and butterflies, now patiently waiting for the third episode.

The both love each other very much.Its the extended family that's straining the marriage.Plus the wife's own personal family issue.I think she's not really blood.I think she was adopted to replace the dead child

@@neinei697She is indeed the daughter of that family. It's just that when her older brother died, I think her mother resented Haein for being there and not be able to do anything for her brother. I also think her mother knows that Haein did nothing wrong but she wanted to put the blame on someone while she was grieving so choosing Haein was the best option for her. I bet if Haein told her mother about her cancer, their mother-daughter relationship would have change for the better. I mean no parents want to lose 2 of their child in one lifetime.

@@neinei697 let's not act like jiwon's character is blameless for their falling off, he's practically treated like a doormat in the family and she never stood up for him. She knew how he would be treated in the family, promised him that she'll be there to help him out yet never did so. The one time he stood up for her sake in 2ep because he was worried about her illness being exposed, she told him to stop doing out of character stuff. Ik there will be character development but as of now she's really arrogant like imagine asking your ex-suitor to help you out after telling him you don't even remember him that well (ik the illness had smth to do with it but you don't ask for help like that).
